The Crow Stole My Crown, So I Rose as the Phoenix Goddess

Lyra, the Princess of the Phoenix Clan, returns from exile to find a girl wearing her crown, claiming her title, and marrying the prince promised to her. Betrayed by the queen she called mother, poisoned, stripped of her magic core, and cast into the frozen Frostfall Pit, Lyra should have died. Instead, she awakens the blood of the Ancient Phoenix and rises as a reborn goddess.
